These sales and delivery terms and conditions apply to orders at www.pernillecorydon.com, for delivery in Denmark at the Danish site and the EU at the international site.

Delivery

When you receive an order confirmation, we will ship the order within 1-3 days. Normally we try to ship the goods the day you order – if you order before 12 o’clock on a working day.

You may expect extra delivery time during holidays and feasts. The jewelleries will be delivered within 1-5 working days inside Denmark and the EU within 7 working days. Pernille Corydon will not be held responsible for any delay or failure from Post Danmark.

Shipping

Pernille Corydon Jewellery offer free shipping in Denmark and the EU.

Warranty claims – 24 months

The purchase is subject to the sales law, including the rules about deficient goods. The sales law allows you a period of 2 years after purchase to have a defective item repaired, exchanged, to get your money back or receive a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

The claim must of course be justified and any deficiencies must not have arisen as the result of the incorrect use of the product or other injurious behaviour that may cause damage. Please read our care instructions, find them here.

Shipping and rights of cancellation

If a product is returned due to a justified claim, we will, of course, refund all reasonable postal charges you may have, for returning the product. We will need the receipt for the postage costs. 

The product must always be sent in the original packaging and remember to get a receipt for its dispatch. You are responsible for the package until we receive it. Save the postal receipt including information about postal charges.

Note! We do not accept packages sent per c.o.d. (cash on delivery) or the like.

Prices and payment

The payment will be collected after the order has been shipped.

All prices on the international site is in EURO (EUR) and are inclusive of Danish VAT of 25%

In the webshop you can pay with the following credit cards: Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, JCB and Maestro.

The payment is conducted via Epay A/S (provider of payment gateway) and NETS (acquirer). Payment happens over a SSL-encrypted connection and PCI-certified server environments. Map data can never be seen, or accessed, by anyone but you as customer - and NETS as acquirer. The payment system also meets all applicable standards and laws. 

When you have ordered

When you have made an order at the shop and payed with your card you will get a receipt by mail. Your receipt confirm that you have placed an order. When we process your order, you will get a final confirmation. We will then pack your order and you will get the invoice when we ship your jewelleries.

In all our transactions, Pernille Corydon makes reservations for sold out goods, errors in price, typing errors or discontinued products, suspicion of fraud and force majeure. If one of the mentioned conditions should occur, we reserve the right to partially - or entirely cancel an order. Should any of the above mentioned occur in connection with your order, we will, of course, contact you as quickly as possible in order to resolve the situation.

Exchange and return

You can return the jewellery within 14 days, from the day that you have received the products.

The jewelleries should always be returned in their original packaging. Enclose always original invoice. Remember to write your WEB-order number on the return sheet.

We can only return jewellery bought online in our webshop. If you have jewellery from another retailer, please contact the retailer for exchange, return or claims.  

When you receive your jewellery, you will get an attached return guidance and return form. Please fill out this sheet and white the reason for return.

You can also find the return sheet here.

We only exchange jewellery if you need another size or another material. Not another style. If you e.g. bought a ring in size 52, but want the same ring in size 55. If bought a necklace in silver but want to exchange it for gold, we can help you with that also. If you want to exchange, please fill out the return form and write the exact jewellery that you want to exchange it for. 

Do you wish another style; you must return the goods and order a new piece on the website. The money will be refund to the credit card that was used to place the order.

The products must be returned in their original packaging and documentation must be attached.

Sold out goods

If the piece you have ordered is sold out, we will contact you as fast as possible. We can then find an alternative or tell you when the jewellery is back in stock.

To process the transaction, we need some information about you:

This data  will be saved, along with information about which products you bought, for 5 years from the end of the financial year the information relates to, see accounting law § 10, after which time the information will be deleted.

Information is never disclosed to a third part, unless this occurs in connection with restructuring or the entire or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in this situation will be in accordance with the personal data laws that exist at the time.

As a customer, you have the option of insight into our registration of data about you and you can raise an objection to registration in accordance, with the rules about this in the law on the treatment of personal registration.

Cookies

By using the website, you accept its use of cookies. Cookies are necessary in order for the webshop to function properly.

Right of cancellation: 14 days

You can cancel your purchase up to 14 days after receiving the goods. Feel free to inform us, if you regret your purchase and are returning the goods. The best way to cancel and return the jewelleries, is to follow the return guidance and fill out the return sheet.
